Customers wishing to establish a credit account with Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. must complete and sign this Application.
Except as provided in writing by Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. TERMS on orders placed from 1st-15th of the month payment is due on the 25th of the same months; on order placed from 16th through the end of the month payment is due by the 10th of the next month.
Prices billed are the prices in effect at the time the Customer is invoiced by Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customer agrees to pay all debts, accounts, and invoices owing to Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in full accordance with the agreed upon terms of the sale. In the event such debts, accounts, or invoices owing are not paid when due, Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. may, in addition to Dynasty Pharmaceutical’s, Inc. right to exercise other remedies, withhold any credits or payments to Customer and assess a per-day late payment fee equal to the lower of eighteen percent (18%) per annum or the maximum rate allowed by law on the amount due is paid in full, beginning on the first business day after such due date. Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. may charge a processing fee of $50 for any dishonored payment.
Customer hereby agrees to pay all fees and collection costs including attorneys' fees, in the event this account is placed for collection and waives the privilege of being sued in its county of residence.
Credit for returned merchandise will be issued only for items that are authorized for return by Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
All credits will be reflected in the Customer's account to apply toward future purchases.
The Customer must report any errors and/or discrepancies in orders within 48 hours of receipt for non-refrigerated items, and same day as receipt for refrigerated items.
Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc is not obligated to issue credit for errors on discrepancies not reported within such time period.
Credits will be issued at the original purchase price shown on the invoice, less the amount of off-invoice allowances or adjustments, if any. Items returned due to Customer error or overstocking are subject to a handling charge of 20%.
All returns must comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

I have been buying from Dynasty for about 5 years now. I've seen them grow from 20 products when they first started calling me, to a company that offers a wide variety of different products. If they don't have a product I need, they will get it just for me and keep it in stock.
One of the reasons I buy from Dynasty is because they are on the west coast same as my pharmacy. Makes it easier for me to place orders later in a day. Anther reason is their aggressive prices.
