Our client, seeks a Bookkeeper with 5+ years experience. The successful Bookkeeper will be involved in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and HR duties. Experience with QuickBooks is a requirement. The role is open due to retirement. The company offers an excellent environment, compensation, and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communication.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support HR in administering benefits and managing employee relations
• Assist in HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and HR duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
