Job Description Our client is a high-quality design firm located in downtown Detroit. They operate with a family-like culture and provide a supportive, autonomous working environment. They are seeking a mid-senior level Interior Designer with 7-12 years of experience, ideally 10 years, to join their growing team. This role requires a design-centered individual who values high-quality design and has experience in hospitality projects or similar sectors such as education, healthcare, or corporate office. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through completion. Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings using Revit. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure design integrity and project success. Prepare and review design documentation, specifications, and material selections. Stay current with industry trends and innovations to deliver cutting-edge designs. Qualifications: 7-12 years of professional interior design experience (Ideally 10 years). NCIDQ Certified or actively pursuing licensure. Proven experience in hospitality projects, or similar sectors (education, healthcare, corporate office). Proficiency in Revit is required.
