* Completes furniture assembly/installation to meet customers satisfaction.
* Shows a high degree of professionalism while interacting with customers.
* Inspects furniture for additional defects and proper operability according to the manufacturers guidelines.
* Takes the lead and serves as the main contact for order delivery and completion of installation/assembly of furniture.
* Provides white-glove service leaving the merchandise where client wants it positioned at place of delivery, and removes trash, such as packaging, associated with the merchandise.
* Loads furniture orders onto trucks and delivers the product to customers.
* Follows all documenting procedures.
* Follows all safety rules and procedures.
* Other duties may be assigned.
* Ability to carry out installation projects at client sites, and tasks may include but is not limited to assembly and support in custom modifications.
* Ability to write routing reports and correspondence. Ability speaks effectively and professionally before a group of customers or employees.
* Ability to ad, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Ability to apply common sense, understanding to carry out instructions from a written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or six to twelve months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination or education and experience.
* Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Basic computer knowledge.

Work requires physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. The employee must frequently lift, move, and/or carry between 70 to 100 pounds. With mechanical assistance, employee will occasionally move up to 300 pounds. Employee will regularly drive a delivery truck and must be able to enter and exit the truck throughout the day. Will regularly operate material handling equipment that requires manual dexterity and use of lightweight tools requiring some coordinated movements.
