Join Our Team as an OPM Supervisor!

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OPM Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-paced environment. Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring company targets and customer requirements are met. Ensure staff compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.

As an OPM Supervisor, you will:

• Assist the Production Manager in maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
• Oversee daily management of warehouse staff, ensuring company targets and objectives are met.
• Promote adherence to health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement effective processes to improve system performance.
• Maintain open communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and executing training programs for staff development.
• Manage order picking, goods in/out operations, and ensure accuracy with minimal handling and stock damage.
• Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, RF) and other tools to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting. Previous experience with material handling automation is a plus.
• Working experience with WMS, RF, and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively both formally and informally.
• Proven ability to manage associates and lead teams.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment in communicating with staff.
• to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Receptive to management development suggestions and willing to seek additional knowledge for job growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 90 feet.
