Job Description

Our client, an association based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team and spearhead all social media initiatives!

Responsibilities:

  • Create, post, and share social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and manage a detailed digital content calendar that encompasses organization-wide campaigns.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare social media strategies and achieve campaign goals.
  • Coordinate meeting and team event logistics and agendas.
  • Responsible for all paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience is required.
  • A Bachelors degree is required for this role.
  • Strong experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video-editing.
  • Comfortable utilizing project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Additional Information:

  • Salary range of $80K-$85K, DOE.
  • Comprehensive benefits plan including retirement match!
  • Hybrid schedule of 3x/week in the Washington, DC office.
  • Covid-19 vaccination is required.
