Laboratory Technician Job Description We are seeking a Hemolysis Wash Lab Production Technician to join our team. This person will assist with measuring out ingredients and chemicals utilized for hemolysis wash production. Responsibilities include following SOPs and FDA regulations to ensure quality and accuracy, completing documentation for hemolysis wash lots, ensuring the final product is not leaking and accurately labeled, maintaining a proper supply of bottling materials, and sanitizing the mixing vessel and bottling workstation. Occasionally, you will conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and forecast supply chain issues. Housekeeping and safety tasks include storing products and equipment neatly, adhering to safety procedures and wearing PPE as appropriate, and documenting housekeeping tasks. You will also collaborate with colleagues and management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements - Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Measuring ingredients and chemicals
- Following SOPs and FDA regulations
- Documentation for hemolysis wash lots
- Inventory control
- Sanitizing equipment
- Forecasting supply chain issues
Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
